Getting to Kona Rosewood
Direct flights from major cities such as Denver, Salt Lake City, and LAX to Kona International Airport (KOA). For the best flying experience, I recommend direct flight from Denver via United, or from LAX or Chicago as these use wide body planes.
You can also take private flights from the continental US to Kona. Please reach out to us directly for recommended companies for private flights.
The Rosewood is ~15 minutes from the airport and can be reached via Uber (cheapest, 15 minute wait) or private car. Please reach out to the concierge at konavillage.concierge@rosewoodhotels.com for information about private transfers.
Staying in Kona
The Rosewood is located about 25 minutes from Kailua-Kona, the second largest city on the Big Island. This is located on the West side of the island meaning the temperatures are usually more mild and there is less rain.
All wedding weekend events will be held on-site at the Rosewood. We kindly ask that guests stay at the Rosewood in order to attend the weekend’s celebrations.
