Mauna Kea Stargazing  |  1 hour 40 minutes

Stargaze from Mauna Kea, Hawaii’s tallest volcano, which provides some of the best stargazing in the world. Stargazing is best from the summit (accessible only with a tour group or a 4x4 vehicle). An easier option is the lower elevation visitor center. Expect a full half day for this trip and arrive well before sunset.
